Last weekend Moonbird Coffee Co. debuted as a new trailer in Grandview! The trailer is located at 1400 Holly Ave., in the lot right behind The View on Fifth.
Owners Candice and Eric O’Neill met through Honey Cup Coffee Co., and were inspired to open their own coffee trailer.
The little green trailer is easily accessible off Holly Avenue, just south of Fifth. They feature a collection of espresso drinks, matcha, a kiddo hot cocoa, and some specialty drinks.
I visited on my way into work this week, enjoying a lovely shot of espresso and cappuccino.
I loved the little dusting of cinnamon on the cappuccino.
Moonbird also serves little waffles on a stick, made to order! The waffles are vegan friendly. They’re made with spelt flour grown in Chillicothe and milled by Local Millers, and served with a little cup of Ohio maple syrup.
Moonbird Coffee Co. is currently open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
